We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and that several aspects of your stay caused frustration and disappointment. First and foremost, please accept our apologies for the extended waiting times during your arrival. While we appreciate your understanding regarding the room not being ready before the official check-in time, the subsequent delay in delivering your room key and the additional waiting in line are not reflective of the level of service we strive to provide. We also sincerely apologize for the poor follow-up and communication that resulted in an unnecessarily lengthy check-in experience. We are equally concerned to learn about the service shortcomings during breakfast. Waiting such a significant amount of time for a simple beverage order, despite multiple follow-ups, is unacceptable. Your comments have been shared with our Food & Beverage team for immediate review and corrective action to ensure more attentive and efficient service moving forward. We are also sorry that the overall atmosphere of the resort did not provide the relaxing experience you were seeking. We understand that noise levels, pool activity, nearby construction work, and hallway disturbances can significantly impact guest comfort, particularly for couples seeking a peaceful getaway. Your observations regarding these areas have been noted and will be reviewed with the relevant departments. Furthermore, we take your comments regarding cleanliness standards and food-handling practices very seriously.
