I really do not want to give them 1 since I also work in hospitality but only giving them a 6.Why? No questions about the staff. Everyone is very professional and polite but please be very careful with drinking juices with ice. Our son got amoeba from the contaminated ice and not only him but my niece and one of our American friends. Our son was bedridden for 2 days without enjoying our long waited vacation.Not asking for compensation although it would help since we spent like $400.00 for the Doctor/medication and dextrose.

Great stay. Very nice hotel, big area, big sand nice beach and swimming pool, great room, I've got some up grade to the premium suite and it was fantastic, very polite and professional staff, especially Alrie , also the concierge (Hazel and Carl) were very helpful and friendly, very good breakfast, big choice of food and beverages, good transportation in the hotel, private beach, closed area, I can definitely recommend this hotel

Resort is nice but a bit far from town - needed to take a ride to go out.

Photos on booking com look superb, however in reality building, room and furniture are old and do not give feeling of a luxury place.

Large, poorly designed and maintained resort. We arrived and realised we had incorrectly booked a twin room rather than one with a queen bed, staff made no attempts to accomodate a change. We then experienced 3 nights in a room where the outlook was onto a concrete wall directly opposite (no vegetation) where the smell of mould clearly coming up from the shower base where water was visibly stored, permeated all. Breakfast took on the same proportions, big but not of any quality. On departure staff attempted to charge us for a restaurant invoice which was not ours and we needed to prove otherwise. A hefty deposit is mandated during the stay and then delayed in its return (we still have not received). Beautiful beach setting however, may it be protected (we fear it won't be).
