Séjour globalement moyen : beaucoup de monde et de bruit. Problème avec la première chambre (odeur d’humidité, propreté et équipements), ce qui a nécessité un changement après attente. Dommage pour un séjour d’une nuit, car cela a impacté l’expérience. Point positif : le restaurant italien est bien.

Bonnes infrastructures à l’image de Moevenpick, néanmoins le séjour a été ponctué d’expériences désagréables qui n’étaient pas à la hauteur d’une prestation 5 étoiles; notamment le transfert privé, le Check-in et l’arrivée dans une chambre de 2 alors que nous sommes 4, 2h d’échanges à l’arrivée pour régler la situation.

L'hôtel es situé au nord de l'ile. La plage équipée de chaises longues est magnifique. l'hôtel est éloigné (10 mn en Tuktuk) de la partie "populaire et animée" de l'ile. Dans notre cas c'était mieux. On a apprécié la qualité du service, du petit déjeuner, la propreté de la chambre, la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Mais surtout la prise en charge à l'aéroport de Caticlan MPH. Cette prestation est vraiment bien organisée.
