Soggiorno positivo, soprattutto per la colazione ed il team (soprattutto la receptionist Helen sempre molto disponibile e cortese). La camera molto grande (upgrade per status) è anche accogliente, ma alcuni dettagli datati andrebbero sistemati come anche la pulizia giornaliera.

La prima camera gelida, infissi vecchi entrava vento tant è che le tende si gonfiavano di aria. Primo impatto molto negativo. Seconda camera ampia e con vista lago, buona. Colazione abbondante, dimenticatevi lo stile di un 5stelle. I clienti con telefoni e tablet con volume al massimo e personale di sala che nn interviene. Pulizia tavoli insufficiente
