Nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno, mi aspettavo molto di più dall’hotel per essere un 5 stelle! La camera non era secondo le nostre aspettative e ci è stata assegnata una camera per tre persone. Purtroppo non hanno trovato una soluzione idonea.

I am delighted to know that you enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet. I am sincerely sorry that the type of the room booked did not meet your expectations in terms of size and that we were unfortunately unable to provide alternative to make your stay more comfortable. While I understand our teams accommodate you with an additional extra bed, I am sorry to read that this was not sufficient and that this had such an impact on your stay. I personally shared your feedback with respective managers so that we can ensure necessary action is taken and same is reported to your Travel Agent to avoid such incident to happen again. I have noticed your feedback about cleanliness in our hotel, and I do apologize for this. We are generally well known and recognized for the extra efforts we make to ensure our hotel is extra clean and hygienic, especially during these times, so I am sorry this was not your experience. I will forward your feedback to our Executive Housekeeper, as I can see there is an opportunity to offer some additional training in service for our colleagues We really appreciate and value your feedback and I hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back to our hotel without the above experience. Bellissimo hotel di fronte alla spiaggia, Mustafa e Ashis ci hanno offerto un servizio al top sempre attenti alle nostre esigenze, Dania è stata super disponibile fin dall inizio, la colazione intercontinentale è molto abbondante ogni giorno si possono scegliere tra tante varietà di cibi da tutto il mondo lo staff Jenny Ankur Thusith e John ha sempre soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta, all interno dell hotel è possibile anche prenotare i tour gestiti da Rayna tour, Hany mahmoud ci ha prenotato un bellissimo tour di abu dhabi occupandosi di tutto il necessario, ci ha anche consigliato dei bellissimi posti da visitare a dubai, siamo molto contente del nostro soggiorno presso questo hotel sicuramente ci torneremo tutto il personale è stato sempre molto gentile :)

Hotel meraviglioso con posizione ottima. Il personale è molto professionale e disponibile. Grazie a Dania per averci accolte e a Moustafa e Ashish per la loro disponibilità. La colazione è ottima con cibo di qualità e lo staff di Jenny, Ankur, Thusith e John super gentile. L'hotel offre qualunque tipo di servizio, tra cui ottimo è quello di avere un'agenzia all'interno per prenotare tour ed escursioni. Grazie ad Hany Mahmoud di Rayna Tour per averci organizzato uno splendida giornata ad Abu Dhabi.

Ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare Ali al check-in. Io non conosco bene l’inglese ma lui è stato davvero molto gentile ma soprattutto molto professionale. Con tanta pazienza mi ha subito messo a mio agio dandomi tutte le informazioni necessarie. La sua educazione è unica e rara e purtroppo ai tempi nostri non scontata. Grazie di cuore Ali.

Another week of Dubai job

Come già pubblicato su Booking, l'esperienza ormai molteplice presso di voi, è sempre positiva sebbene la struttura inizia ad avere qualche anno. Qualche rinnovamento sarebbe necessario soprattutto nelle parti comuni piscina e palestra. Purtroppo il cantiere limitrofo limita un pò il riposo notturno sebbene la camera fosse al 22mo piano. Infine Al check out ho avuto l'unico problema su errore eseguito sulla mia carta di credito che ha comportato un ritardo di oltre 30 minuti con la conseguenza di non aver potuto fare colazione.

Thank you for your suggestion about renovation of some areas in our hotel. We have been working with our owners on a plan for improvement for our public areas. We have just completed a pool deck and pool renovation this past week. I would really appreciate it if you would consider providing me with more details about your experience in our gym so that I may follow up personally. My direct contact is Am… I can assure you that the care and comfort of our guests is our number one priority. Thank you also for your feedback regarding the view from our hotel and the latest investment being made in our area. Although this is something beyond our control, we too are looking forward to the completion of the works. We have clearly informed all of our partners of the ongoing works, and it is listed on our website under the “Need to Know” section. I am sorry this was not brought to your attention. I have also noticed your feedback about your check out experience and for this I apologize. To be honest this is unusual experience for our guests. I have, however, personally forwarded your feedback to relevant head of department to understand what cause the issue and why the transaction could not be completed. This feedback is very valuable and helps us to improve our service for everyone. I was also curious to read about your comment of food variety in our restaurant because this is an area for which we are well recognized for our high quality, variety of dishes and service. As in any five star hotel, if you have any special food requests, all you have to do is ask and we will happily accommodate your needs. And I am truly sorry that you found our prices for rooms a little bit expensive. Acknowledging that we are located in one of the most popular touristic areas in Dubai, but being surrounded by many new buildings, we offer rates reflective of this inconvenience and our prices are always the lowest one amongst the internationally branded hotels in the JBR area. I am sincerely sorry that you felt otherwise. And thank you for your feedback about availability of hand sanitizer in the room. Just to avoid misunderstanding we would like to inform you that amenities such as hand sanitizer are available for our guests with a simple call to our guest call center.
