Abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile al Rixos Premium JBR di Dubai, in compagnia di mia moglie e del nostro bimbo di 2 anni. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati colpiti dalla cura dei dettagli, dalla pulizia impeccabile e da un’attenzione al cliente che si percepisce in ogni angolo della struttura. Il servizio concierge si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, professionale e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Un ringraziamento speciale va anche a tutto il personale della zona piscina, che ha saputo unire cordialità e discrezione, rendendo ogni giornata rilassante e piacevole. Il vero fiore all’occhiello è stata però la ristorazione: ogni pasto si è rivelato una piacevole sorpresa, con piatti curati, sapori ricercati e una qualità che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Ma è con i dolci e i dessert che si è toccata l’eccellenza: non solo una gioia per gli occhi, ma vere e proprie opere d’arte per il palato. Un soggiorno che consigliamo vivamente a chi cerca il massimo in termini di comfort, qualità e servizio. Torneremo sicuramente.

Hotel eccezionale, staff sempre cortese e attento, stanze sempre pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Unica pecca l’aria condizionata troppo fredda, difficile regolare da soli la temperatura perché poi restava sempre a 21 gradi e bisognava chiamare l’assistenza. Sicuramente sceglierò la stessa struttura quando tornerò a dubai, Grazie
