Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Essen war hervorragend, die Anlage sehr gepflegt und das gesamte Team außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Abdullah. Er hat unseren Aufenthalt mit seiner herzlichen, professionellen und stets hilfsbereiten Art zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Er war immer gut gelaunt, aufmerksam und hatte für jede Frage oder Bitte ein offenes Ohr. Mitarbeiter wie Abdullah sind ein echter Gewinn für das Hotel und machen den Unterschied aus. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – alles war bequem erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das außerordentlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Aufgrund meiner Laktoseintoleranz wurde sehr rücksichtsvoll auf meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen, und alle Wünsche wurden unkompliziert umgesetzt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, ebenso alle Ablageflächen. Man hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an das Küchenteam für die tolle Unterstützung und die Rücksichtnahme bei den Mahlzeiten sowie an den Pool-Mitarbeiter, der stets freundlich und engagiert für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt hat.
