Kaldığım süre boyunca suyu bardan almak ve terlikleri de resepsiyondan almak biraz garip oluyor benim için. Resepsiyondaki gece personeli tavırlarından pek hoşlanmadım. Gündüz resepsiyonda bulunan bayan personeller candan ve yardımcı olmak için elinden geleni yapıyor. Otelin kahvaltısı gayet güzel. Tek yataklı yatakta uzun zamandır kalmamıştım. Air Anka havayollarında kaldığım otellerde bize iki kişilik yatak veriyorlar standart olarak. Geldiğimizde gece personelinin garip tutumundan dolayı konuşmayı tercih etmedim. Çünkü çözüm bulacak yada yardımcı olaracak bir tutumda değil personel. Bunun dışında her şey normal.

Solid location if flying, dated room.

This is an OK hotel. Reminded me of a Red Roof Inn back in the United States. If you are flying in or out of the airport, the location cannot be beat. I was there for the Christmas markets, and had booked too late to really be able to stay anywhere good around the downtown area. There is a train stop not three minutes from the hotel front door, and a quick 12 or so minute trip gets you right to the train station where it’s about another 15 minute walk down a nice shopping plaza to the markets. One note – if using Google Maps, it shows the hotel on the wrong side of the street. It kept showing me that it was actually part of the terminal, so I was looking in that direction for it when in reality it’s just across from it. Be on the lookout for that if you are driving in.

Anita is the best!!

I wanted to leave an outstanding review for Anita at reception. My airline had abandoned me at 1am in Nuremberg (half the country away from where I was supposed to be) and I had wet hair and a bad cold. I was about to check in but needed to be at the train station in 3 hours’ time. So Anita found me a hotel close to the station and gave me access to the sauna to dry my hair. I couldn’t have asked for any better, such an angel!! Thanks so much Anita. I would stay here for the wonderful service if I go back to Nuremberg!

We are really happy that we can say she is not the only angel in our team, we have a few more angels caring and living hospitality for our guests. Very quiet and very close to the airport

In some cities, hotels next to the airport can be noisy and run down. Movenpick was the complete opposite. Quiet, comfortable bed, clean and tidy. It's a shame my flight was so early, as I didn't get to try the food. Very short walk to the airport terminal and the U-Bahn station. Probably be staying here again next visit.

Eventually after 48 minutes I finally received my starter which was wrong. Ffs. 1 hour and 25 minutes and still no sign of my main. Maybe McDonalds in the terminal building would have been a better option, definitely cheaper and a damn sight quicker! 1.5 hours. Never anywhere in Europe or North America have I had to wait so long!

We had been short on staff due to sickness that evening, and we did our very best to provide food and drinks for everybody. We will take care that it doesn´t happen again.
