Dear Mr. H., Thank you very much for your visit and for taking the time to rate your stay with us. We are very pleased about the top marks for our service and our team! Above all, we would like to apologize for not meeting your expectations in terms of room size and furnishings. To explain: Our hotel was not opened as an Ibis hotel and therefore differs slightly from the standardized Ibis rooms. Our aim is to offer good quality at reasonable prices.
