Room was clean and spacious. Contained basic amenities, although lacked a few helpful items (for example no saucers, plates or cutlery. Parking was easy to navigate. Easy, comfortable stay.

I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to do so after our stay this weekend at this hotel. I was hesitant about booking after I read some of the other reviews but our experience was nothing short of perfect. Every member of staff was super friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were spotless and the airconditioning (mentioned in several other reviews) worked perfectly. The hotel went out of their way to provide an (incredibly) early breakfast to help cater for the sporting event we were attending. The hotel is quiet but still super well located. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this hotel based on the description, which clearly stated that the room had air conditioning. However, there was no functioning air conditioning in our room, and the temperature stayed around 29 degrees both day and night. It was extremely uncomfortable and made it nearly impossible to sleep. This is actually the second time we’ve experienced this exact issue at this hotel, so we seriously doubt whether there has ever been proper air conditioning available at all. The hotel offered us a voucher for a drink, which we politely declined, as it does not begin to make up for the discomfort of trying to sleep in such heat. Looking at other reviews, it’s clear that we are not the only guests who have experienced this problem – the lack of cooling and the high room temperatures are mentioned repeatedly. A hotel that advertises air conditioning and fails to deliver – not just once, but consistently – should not be listed as a four-star property. We feel misled and ignored.

The air conditioning did not work during one of the hottest days in Nürnberg (mir zudem 25 degrees at night). Sleeping was basically impossible. The supposed air con was super loud but did not fill at all, the temperature outdoors was cooler. Opening the window was super loud. Very bad experience sadly

Stayed overnight on the way south, which most of the hotel guests seemed to be. The hotel is located in a rather boring place. Simply equipped rooms and are quite small and a little worn. Small pool that was full of playing children which was heard a lot. The breakfast was average. Will probably not stay here again
