Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We're truly heartened to hear that your stay at Mövenpick Hotel Berlin was a positive one. We are delighted that you found our team to be friendly and helpful, and that the immaculate condition of our hotel and the knowledge of our bar staff contributed positively to your experience. A diverse breakfast offering is something we pride ourselves on, and it's great to know that it met your needs each morning. However, we regret to hear that the bedding arrangement and pillows did not fully meet your expectations. We appreciate your honest feedback and want to assure you that we have a range of pillow options available through our pillow menu to enhance our guests' sleeping experience, including neck-supporting pillows. Nonetheless, we're pleased that our fully equipped rooms provided everything you needed for your time in Berlin. Our central location near Potsdamer Platz is indeed ideal for exploring the city, and we hope you had the opportunity to visit some of the nearby attractions and shopping destinations. We are delighted that you enjoyed the overall atmosphere of our hotel and found our central location ideal for visiting the major attractions in Berlin. However, we regret to hear about the issues you encountered with the room amenities and one of the elevators. We understand that functioning equipment is essential for a comfortable stay and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Moreover, we empathize with your concerns regarding the transparency of the bathroom walls and acknowledge that privacy is of utmost importance. Finally, we are sorry that the fridge in your room was not operating properly and that this was not resolved promptly during your stay. Nonetheless, we are pleased to hear that these aspects would not deter you from staying with us again. We take great pride in our hotel's history and the unique design that blends modern accommodation with the architectural elements of Berlin's former Siemens building. We are thrilled that you enjoyed the unique design and interior of our hotel, as well as the upgraded premium room with its distinctive features, such as the free-standing bathtub. It's rewarding to know that our staff's attentiveness and politeness added positively to your experience, and we are glad that the location of your room on the top floor met your expectations. However, we apologize for the inconvenience regarding the frequency of WiFi reconnection and the absence of built-in connectivity options in the television. We also regret to hear that the cleanliness of your room did not meet the high standards we strive to uphold. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We are sincerely sorry to hear about the difficulties you have experienced with the return of your deposit. Our process typically ensures that the pre-authorization is released automatically at check-out, although the time it takes to appear in the account can depend on the client's bank. We understand how this can be concerning and apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay and the communication challenges you have faced. We are looking into this matter to prevent such situations in the future. Finally, we regret that this issue has impacted the conclusion of your holiday.
