Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations in all aspects and that you found the check-out process and luggage storage disappointing. Please allow us to address your comments: We charge a small fee of €1.50 per piece of luggage for storage. This policy was introduced because our space for storing luggage is very limited. In order to still offer this service to as many guests as possible – even when our storage area is at full capacity – we keep part of the luggage in a designated area right next to the reception desk. This ensures that a member of our team is always nearby and can keep an eye on the luggage. We fully understand that an additional fee may come as a surprise, especially when compared to other international hotel chains. Please rest assured that this decision was not made as a matter of principle, but rather for practical reasons and in the interest of safety and organization. Nevertheless, we take your feedback seriously and will review how we can communicate this information more clearly in advance to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. We also regret that your check-out experience felt impersonal. This certainly does not reflect our standards of hospitality and service. Please accept our sincere apologies. We will address this internally to ensure that our guests receive the warm and attentive service they rightfully expect. We would like to point out that due to the structural conditions of our house, the room categories are different in size.
