Gute Lage. Allerdings älteres Gebäude, Zimmer mit tiefen Decken und kleinem Bad. Vom Frühstück hätte ich im Vergleich zu Mövenpick in Berr mehr erwartet. Schade, dass es mal wieder trotz Diamond Status kein Upgrade gab.

However, I am sorry to learn that certain aspects of your stay, including the room features and breakfast, did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the upgrade, please note that you had already booked one of our highest room categories, the Junior Suite. During your stay, our only higher category, the Duplex Suite, was unfortunately not available, and therefore we were unable to offer an upgrade on this occasion. War alles sehr angenehm. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Seeblick, das Hotel ist super gelegen, nur ein paar Meter zum See und zur U-Bahn-Station.
