Das Hotel selbst ist gut und verfügt über moderne, ansprechend eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Frühstück gestaltet sich jedoch aufgrund der geringen Anzahl an Tabletts und Tassen sowie des begrenzten Platzangebots am Buffet oftmals schleppend. Besonders negativ fiel ein Vorfall während meines Aufenthalts auf: An einem Tag stand mein Zimmer vermutlich seit dem Zeitpunkt der Reinigung offen und war durchgehend beleuchtet. Die Reinigungskraft hatte einen Lappen in den Türspalt gelegt, um zu verhindern, dass die Tür zufällt. Offenbar wurde anschließend vergessen, das Zimmer wieder ordnungsgemäß zu verschließen. Als ich diesen Vorfall an der Rezeption meldete, erhielt ich lediglich die lapidare Auskunft, dass die Reinigungskräfte dies gelegentlich tun, um Zeit zu sparen, und man vermutlich vergessen habe, die Tür zu schließen. Bedauerlicherweise erfolgte weder eine Entschuldigung noch zeigte man besonderes Verständnis für die Problematik. Ein solcher Umgang mit der Sicherheit und Privatsphäre der Gäste ist aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel.

Wir reisten spät an, erst gegen 22.30 Uhr. Check-in erfolgte am Terminal, aber zur Unterstützung waren auch Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Die waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, da fühlten wir uns gleich willkommen. Das Hotel scheint noch recht neu zu sein, es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Für 7 Franken konnten wir direkt auf dem angrenzenden Parkplatz parken.

Leider war das Zimmer ziemlich eng , kein Schrank , das Fenster konnte man nur ankippen, bei Hitze würde man nachts gern durchlüften . Baustelle vor dem Fenster und man muss wissen die große Verkehrstraße führt genau am Hotel vorbei . Man konnte daher nur mit geschlossenen Fenster schlafen . Frühstück war ausreichend und Hunde willkommen . Parkplatz beim Hotel kostet pro Tag 7 Schweizer Franken .

Zweckmäßig, eben Ibis- Budget Standard, für Zwischenstopp ausreichend. Keine größeren Beanstandungen. Aber die Begründung des fehlenden Föns, dass er von den vorherigen Gästen mit genommen worden sei und nicht mehr ersetzt werde, wirkt doch etwas befremdlich. Das preisgünstige 7 sfr Frühstück muss man sich erhandeln.

Leider 3 unangenehme Punkte die zu erwähnen sind 1. Ich habe ausdrücklich einen Busparkplatz reservieren lassen. Nach anfänglichen Behauptungen und auf meine Bestehung, kontrollierten sie eher unfreiwillig die mails und mussten eigestehen das der Parkplatz von meiner Seite ausdrücklich reserviert wurde. So hatte der Reisebus nach mir kein Parkplatz mehr. 2. Es warern undefinerbare, grosse Flecken ( sehr gut sehbar und absolut widerelich) auf dem Bettlacken. 3. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief ganz gschlecht ab und drohte zu überlaufen. Punkt 2 und 3 habe ich dem Herrn an der Therke gezeigt. Daher werde ich in Zukunft mich anderwo nach einem Heotel unschauen.

Wenn man schweizer , französische und deutsche Ibis budget vergleicht, sind die schweizerischen und französischen Preise total überzogen. Kleinste Zimmer zu Preisen, die in DE zur gehobenen Mittelklasse zählen. Frühstück in Lausanne akzeptabel, da der Preis sehr günstig. Die Lage am Rande eines Industriegebietes ist schlicht unzumutbar, da es keine Fußwege zur Benutzung gibt.
