nice hotel in clean

This hotel Was picked by a tour company the hotel is very nice that's nice breakfast, but it was not in a city of Zurich it was too far to walk, and the train was a few blocks away. Not knowing the language there's been more difficult for us. The tour company could have booked us Closer to the city to able to walk. This hotel is more residential area and nothing to see or do

We are delighted that you found our hotel to be very nice and enjoyed the breakfast we offer, which features a variety of coffee specialties, tea, and juices to ensure our guests start their day full of energy. However, we regret to hear that the hotel’s location did not entirely meet your expectations due to the walking distance to the city and the language barriers you faced. We understand that being in a new environment can be challenging, and we strive to assist our guests with clear directions and support. Moreover, our location in Glattbrugg is indeed chosen for its proximity to Zurich Airport and includes a complimentary shuttle service for ease of travel to and from the airport. Finally, while we are in a more residential area, we hope that our guests can appreciate the quieter surroundings while still having access to nearby attractions via public transport, such as tram 10 and 12 which are a short walk from the hotel. We hope you were able to appreciate our free fitness area with professional cardio equipment and strength training options, or our Mövenpick Restaurant, which offers a wide selection of international dishes and seasonal variations. I travel more frequently and today happened to where I visited the movenpick in Zurich. The staff at the reception the Ms Clare was extremely friendly , helpful and efficient. The Gentleman in restaurant was too the same. The customer service was at the highest. One of the best hotels I have visited.

Poor performance at the reception

Upon my check-in, they used the type of the document (Identity Card) and entered it as my name and surname. When I approached the reception during the stay, they made fun of me and my name. Upon check-out, I received the invoice indicated that my name is Identity and my surname is Card (in my language, of course). I immediately asked to change it and use my name, because I need the proper invoice for the purpose of managing the costs of my business trip. The receptionist said that he cannot do it, but his boss can. He promised that I would receive the correct invoice. I asked hotel four times in the last week to send me the corrected invoice, but they are not responding at all. They seem to be reluctant to communicate. I am writing this review just for the purpose of getting some response from the hotel. Darjo Cizel (this is my real name)

A SHAME IN SWITZERLAND

I rarely post negative comments, but this hotel deserves one! I would rate the hotel as an old factory with no customer service! Moreover, even though I am an Accor gold member and had paid my room in advance, I was asked to leave a deposit of 100 CHF, I was charged and never refunded, even after trying to contact the reception (which never replies) I write this review as I read several guest's comments to whom it happened, exactly the same, deposit pay and charged and hassle for refund!

Not great experience

Had a problem when checking in. Was told I had no reservations. After showing them confirmation from the hotel they asked me to wait in the bar. Gave voucher for two drinks. Finally after an hour got the room. Room was clean. Air conditioning not great but was comfortable. Shuttle to airport is good. I was charged two times for the room. By the hotel and the booking platform. Finally the bill was corrected with the help from booking.com. Staff is fine, not great as I believe they are overbooked most of the time and doing their job.
