Great staff help ensure a pleasant stay

The tone of my visit was set at the very start, when I arrived to discover I had booked the room for the wrong night. The clerk on the front desk changed the reservation without cost or fuss. The rooms are small but clean and functional. I did have an issue with the plugs, which are different in Switzerland. The front desk initially offered to sell me an adaptor for 16 Francs but then pointed out there was a single regular outlet in the tiny library by the front door. Also, the hotel has a cute cat. The hotel is three minutes by tram from the airport (routes 10 and 12) and half an hour from the central railway station (routes 10). All in all, great value for 105 Swiss francs.

A budget hotel, very basic, but all needs are met

In spite of a very compact, spartan room (there's really no room to put open suitcases), we were overall quite happy with everything. The beds were surprisingly comfortable (it would have been nice to have electric outlets on both sides of the bed). The room was very clean. Excellent shower, even a hair dryer is provided. Our room was on the courtyard side, so it was quiet enough. Breakfast was good and plentiful, with good Swiss coffee and fresh croissants among other things. Check in and out are efficient and quick. It seems the manager gives good attention to detail and wants guests to have a positive experience. We loved the tram stop right outside. I'd say it is very good value for what the hotel offers!

Oda sabaha kadar ısınmadı oda banyo tuvalet sadece kendi etrafınızda dönecek kadar banyo tuvalet özellikle biraz irice biri için çok dar kapı yok bile diyebiliriz . Kaldığımız oda için değişim talep etmiştik etmeseymisiz daha iyiydi bildiğiniz kot altı oda verildi toprak seviyesi .Atılan rez iptal olacak e postası yuzunden geziyi apar topar kesip otele dönmek zorunda kaldık yanlış anlamışsınız dendi . Resepsiyonda personel gayet iyi ilgili turkce bilen arkadaş özellikle fiyat performans olarak da hakkını vermedi isvicrede bile

We got put up here by Delta because of a flight cancellation due to a mechanical issue. The staff is friendly and the place is quite clean. It is definitely small and feels almost like a youth hostel. The AC from what I could tell only works if the outside temperature is more than 25C. This place is very close to a runway. We kept the window open over night and at 6 am sharp planes started taking off and it was so loud at first I thought there was a plane crashing into the area. But otherwise this place is quite nice and great value for the price.
