Just stayed here one night on my way to visit other places. Superb location and wonderful hotel. Large spacious and clean room of course with chocolates and goodies. The breakfast was excellent. What helped me was the lactation with shops nearby.

Below expectations. I might stay here again if only if there is no other options around. Only over average thing was the breakfast team...(not the breakfast...)

Our location, while not in the city center, offers a peaceful respite with convenient access to Zurich's attractions via nearby public transport. Rooms are ok. Small. Clean bathrooms. Location is quite far from the center but there is a small shopping area beside the hotel. Breakfast spread is plentiful. Nice staff in the breakfast area. Downside : Rude and unwelcoming female receptionists. They just give you a poker face when you ask something, not even smiling or expressing any reaction. Quite weird. Slow housekeeping service.

My family and I stayed here for 1 night when we arrived in Zurich. It seems to be about halfway between the airport and the city center. It is right next to a large shopping mall which was handy because our luggage did not arrive and we had to purchase many items. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Late checkout was available for 10CHF/hour which was reasonable and handy for us. Internet was fast and reliable for remote work. The rooms are clean and roomy. The restaurant inside has a nice ambiance and decent Italian food. The hotel is great in general, but not in the right location for general tourism for people wanting to visit the city center, unless you have a vehicle or okay with Uber/Bolt.

Away from the city center but still accessible by train or Bolt (cheaper than Uber). Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood and mall next door. Very affordable and definitely will return.
