Clean rooms with welcoming staff, especially Carlos who provided us with great service and local information. Was able to get into our room early as we arrived at 10am and very tired after 24hrs on a plane. Had everything we needed,clean,fresh smell and hot showers.

Was here for one night before flying home to Florida. We had our 12 and 9 year old. The family room is ok. Bathroom is tiny. Hotel is a bit worn with chipped paint. We are from Florida and like a strong AC until and this was not strong at all and when we showered the humidity went into the room making it feel warmer. The are of this hotel is a business area. So on Sunday absolutely nothing is open. Not even a grocery store. We are at flave downstairs. Food was totally fine and even good. But not $100 good. My kids each got an order of chicken fingers and fries off of the kids menu for 14 Frank’s each. I got a Cesar salad for 25 franks and my husband got a veggie Berger for 27 Frank’s. The total bill was 80 franks which is almost $100! Everything in Switzerland is expensive. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and the train goes direct to the airport. Breakfast is 19 franks for each adult and 8 franks for the kids each. Tons of cafes in the area open on Monday which is what we chose to do instead but still wasn’t very cheap. Overall the hotel is fine. Nothing great and a little worn but fine.

Ibis Zurich West provided excellent service and accommodation for our family trip to Zurich. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great breakfast buffet as well. Amina the front desk agent checked us in and provided some great dining options. She promoted the restaurant at the Novotel which is in the same building which was an excellent choice. We were greeted by Grigorio the bartender who also seated us and provided such wonderful service. Ricardo and Alexandra complimented the service. Grigorio stood out in hospitality and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Highly recommend the Ibis and Novotel West and would definitely going back to these hotels when travels brings me back to Zurich. Thank you guys for everything!

Decent hotel, unfortunalty the air condition was not working the first day. I told the reception, who sent someone to fix but it did not work. The second day I talked with a very service minded receptionist named Niet I think (She was working around 8 PM 18.july). She gave us 2 rooms for the 3 people travelling, just after I complained compared to the first day. Because of her I am giving 4 stars and not 2 stars (as Air condition not working was a big problem the first night), otherwise nice hotel.

Best service ever. Everyone is so helpful towards our needs. We had no issues while checkin&out and also breakfast is so delicious. I would love to come back to this hotel again. Not only the service and breakfast, the room is also so clean. All was perfect
