Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize for your stay not meeting all your expectations. We understand that the quality of the room and the amenities provided were not up to the mark, which is certainly not the standard we strive to achieve. We wish to assure you that guest comfort is our priority, and we are currently undergoing a full renovation to enhance our facilities and services. Moreover, we regret to hear that our staff did not deliver the courteous and professional service we are known for. We take your comments seriously and are addressing them with our team to ensure that we maintain our high standards of service. We are also sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused by the ongoing construction. Our aim is to improve our hotel without disrupting our guests' comfort, and we regret if this was not the case during your visit. While our airport shuttle services are available through an external partner, we apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you, and for any inconvenience you faced regarding luggage storage. We are delighted that you appreciated the convenience of the tram station located next to the hotel, providing direct access to the city center and the airport. We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We regret to hear about the misunderstanding regarding the airport shuttle service; this is indeed available through an external partner at a fee which we strive to communicate clearly. Concerning the comfort of the pillows and room condition, please accept our apologies for any discomfort experienced. We are currently undergoing renovations which will address these aspects and upgrade the overall guest experience. We would like to point out that our guests generally appreciate the quality of the service and we take your comment very seriously as we strive to ensure a pleasant stay for every guest. It is regrettable that your experience with our housekeeping service was not up to the high standards we aim to uphold. We understand how important a well-maintained room is to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. Furthermore, communication at the reception is crucial, and we are sorry to hear that it fell short of providing the support and solutions you rightfully expected. The absence of a duty manager during your time of need does not reflect our commitment to guest service. We are currently enhancing our facilities with a full renovation to improve our guests' experiences. Our hotel is currently undergoing a full renovation to address the concerns you have highlighted, such as room conditions and the overall appearance of our property. Nonetheless, we regret to hear that you found our staff to be less than courteous. We pride ourselves on providing a warm and professional service to all our guests, and it seems we fell short during your visit. Furthermore, we acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the lack of charging points/adaptors in your room. We have taken note of this and will look into providing more accessible charging options for our guests.
