Good cheap hotel by Switzerland standards! It’s not right in the centre but you can walk there in 30min and if you don’t fancy that there’s a tram stop right opposite the hotel which will take you in in 10min. The breakfast has a very good selection and is plentifully stocked. Hotel staff are very friendly. Bedrooms are on the basic side but if you’re just using it to sleep each night at the end of a day exploring they’re perfectly functional.

The entire staff is really helpful and courteous. If you have a baby then this place is definitely a budget friendly option. Would have preferred if dinner and lunches are also served even if paid and rooms had electric kettle for heating water esp for babies.

So checked in, on the evening of 8th July 2024. Friendly receptionist. We didn’t book breakfast, but said, if we want, just speak to someone in the morning and we could pay. 9th of July- approx 7.40am. My wife and I decided to go for breakfast. On getting to breakfast area, met by this female member of staff, who after giving our room number, demanded, in very rude tone that we pay NOW and go and get money! Ironically there was a sign saying…welcome. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this budget hotel.

Please understand that there was no intention of rudeness; rather, it was a communication issue. The staff member in question does not speak English fluently and relies on basic words and phrases. She did not realize that her manner of communication might come across as rude. We apologize for any distress this may have caused you. Cozy rooms! Place is around 500 metres away from Geneva City main Train station so very accessible for tourists. Everything is close by. Rooms arent very big but just enough, we stayed for 3 days. They have a paid breakfast, coffee is amazing. They provide microwave for you to heat your food. Overall comfortable stay
