Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Mercure Kyoto. L’hôtel est agréable, juste à côté de la gare. Le petit déjeuner est bon, avec beaucoup de choix. Le rapport qualité-prix est également très bon. Un grand merci pour le surclassement en chambre Privilège, très apprécié grâce à mon statut Platinum. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Kyoto.

L'hotel est situé le long d'une artère très passante et l'isolation n'est pas exceptionnelle ce qui occasionne du bruit dans les chambres donnant sur cette route. Heureusement, Mathew, une des personnes du staff a su répondre à notre demande de changement de chambre avec efficacité, délicatesse et extrême douceur. Au delà de cela, l'hotel est idéalement situé à coté de la gare de Kyoto si vous arrivez par train. En revanche ce n'est pas notre localisation favorite à Kyoto, nous préférons les rues piétonnes autour de Maruyama Park.
