On the other hand, please accept our sincere apologies for the discomfort caused by the room temperature. We understand how important a comfortable room environment is, especially during the night, and we regret that this affected your sleep. Regarding the air conditioning, there may have been a possibility that the system was not properly activated or that the room setting required adjustment. Our hotel has an engineering team on site, and if we are informed of any room equipment issue during the stay, our Front Office team can arrange immediate assistance. We apologize that we were not able to support you at the time, and your comment has been shared internally so that we can provide clearer guidance and quicker assistance when needed. We also appreciate your comment regarding towel replacement. Although our hotel is committed to sustainability initiatives, we apologize that the towel handling during your stay did not reflect your intention.
