Stayed here for 2 nights and WOW beautiful surroundings and such a well run and friendly hotel The staff were brilliant the room was spotless Would recommend this hotel to anyone Location was fabulous ideal for the city centre Food was yummy well presented and full of flavour

Had a great stay at this lovely hotel The reception staff were great especially Lisa! She’s a credit to the team. As someone new to the area she was great on where to go and what to do around Sheffield Me and my friends had a great time Visiting the Christmas market Would definitely stay again

A special weekend stay for my daughter Isabella's 9th birthday. We were made to feel so Lisa on the desk and Paul Aleshia created some amazing Cocktails/Mocktails. The room was all set up with Ballon's Isabella loved being made special. The swimming pool, jacuzzi was beautiful. Isabella loved the pancake machine in the morning the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be coming back all the staff were lovely always greeted us with a smile.

Room nice and clean. Plenty of hot water and range of washing products. Nice view from room which was very spacious. Good bar area with good range of beers and good EV charging. A special mention to Ranjan who looked after us perfectly at breakfast. Thanks Ranjan.

We visited here for my Daughter’s 9th Birthday, we were greeted by Lisa whom went over and above for Isabella. Our room was decorated with a Ballons and dressed towels with sweets. Anisha made some delightful cocktails made Isabella feel so special's. Chole and Reanna the service was exceptional. We stay at different Hotels over the year and this by far exceeded our expectations.
