I don’t usually write reviews but I feel this was needed, I was pleasantly surprised at my stay when visiting this hotel. What a lovely atmosphere, room was spacious & clean, well layed out and had all the essentials. Cleaning staff where exceptionally polite and helpful when I needed a few extra bits and went out of there way during there busy day to help grab what I needed. I would recommend staying here again

all the staff are polite and friendly the rooms are nice and well presented. when i needed help with getting into the room the staff were kind and helpful.

Stayed with friends last month, room was immaculate, everything you need, tea/ coffee well stocked. Polite and friendly staff working on the corridors throughout the day. I will recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Barnsley
