Had a wonderful stay for our daughter's wedding yesterday. We can't praise the staff enough for all their help and their friendliness , especially Paul who went above and beyond many times and Amelia who coordinated everything. The day was perfect and it all ran so smoothly thanks to it being so well organized. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast staff treated us so well too.

I recently joined the Spa at Kenwood Hall and was shown round by Sally in The Spa. She was extremely helpful running through all details and gym however it was her bubbly personality and helpful manner which I want to comment on. If you were looking for what good customer is then look no further than Sally. A true asset to Kenwood Hall.

Nice welcome by Lisa who upgraded our room, lovely small pool sauna, stream room , Disappointed by the choice of food and seating area ! 😏 would eat out if we came again, burger was tough and tasteless! Service was very slow. Looks like nice garden, good parking. Quite room,

The whole hotel is dated and our rooms were rather gloomy. Peeling paint in the bathroom and the furniture starting to look a bit shabby. The breakfast was below average and on our last morning, although breakfast was supposed to be until 10.00 am, at 9.45 we were told to hurry up and leave as they had to get the room ready for a Wedding ‘Fayre’. The hotel needs a lot of money spending on it. It has all the charm of staying in a municipal care home.

Your comments regarding the room's condition, particularly the bathroom and furniture, have been noted and will be addressed with our maintenance team as part of our ongoing improvement efforts. I also regret that your breakfast experience was cut short due to the Wedding Fayre preparations, which was certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. This shouldn't have been the case as we offered additional tables in our bar area. I will ensure this is communicated to the team better to prevent such situations in the future. Hotel lovely but be better off in a Wetherspoons for tea!

Me and my friend stayed at kenwood hall on Saturday night to celebrate us both finishing uni. Whilst the staff were so helpful and the hotel and spa were lovely the food was terrible. My friends pizza was really greasy and looked more like something you would get from a late night take away place! I had the chicken burger, which was fine but I still think Wetherspoons do a much better burger! For breakfast we just had the pastries and toast which were nice (but that may be because they weren’t made on site). Basically don’t book this hotel with the £50 dinner voucher because it’s definitely a waste! You’d be much better off finding a pub near by to eat or even going back into Sheffield city centre. They definitely need to be taking a look at their kitchen staff!
