I recently attended a wedding here and it was amazing! We had such an amazing day but it’s also worth noting that Nicky on reception was absolutely amazing, from the moment we stepped in she was great! The food was very nice and we absolutely wouldn’t think twice about staying here again, thank you for an amazing day!

What a hidden gem in Sheffield city centre. Meal in Restaurant cooked by Chef Yuseph and served by Mobin Hollie was absolutely delicious. Such a lovely meal. We are staying for a 2 night stay and this hotel is immaculate. Staff are so lovely. So well done Mercure hotels you have well deserved no 1 place in my hotel away 🙌

Went for a birthday treat. Our room was up graded! Very big and a comfortable bed. Complimentary toiletries were lovely and facilities were fantastic. All the staff were very friendly but waitress Holly and chef Usef made our experience so special. Nothing too much trouble. Our evening meal was delicious, especially the sea bass. Worthy of a Michelin star! Usef also made a surprise desert for my birthday, such a kind thought and so special. Thank you! 🙂 Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice. The staff were attentive and beautiful views on a snowy morning. We would highly recommend Kenwood Hall, spa and restaurant.

We celebrated our wedding party at Mercury Kenwood Hall in Sheffield. We couldn't make a better choice. It's an amazing place. The stuff was amazing. Everything was perfect. We did amazing pictures as the views are wonderful. I would choose the same place again and again. Escola.

Booked 2 nights here whilst attending 2 hospital appointments in Sheffield. Reviews were average but was a bargain at £100 for 2 nights in January and thought why not? I like to make up my own mind. Well fantastic start. Met at reception by one of the most pleasent people you could meet. We had arrived early so decided on a coffee from the bar. Surprise number two came from the friendliest barmen you could hope to meet. Everyone dressed extremely smartly i note. Our room was very specious and warm and clean. Drinks and biscuits too. Went to explore and found surprise number 3 at the pool entrance. Another really friendly member of staff. Decided against going in as had a mild cold which is a shame. As we had got such a great deal on the price we decided to eat here, only fair i think. We had a starter each and a main apiece with 3 drinks. Bill was £76 but no complaints. My chicken main was particuarly tasty so big thank you to the chef - enjoyed it. Our waiter Mobin was excellent. Quite a character and perhaps too eager to please but definately did a top job and made us feel very welcome. A final mention to the lady staff member who came on that evening and was on in the morning - you made me smile. Had a great time. Will go back.👍
