Kamers zijn versleten. Thermostaatkraan v. de douche werkt niet, verwarming v. de badkamer werkt niet. Kamerverwarming werkt niet meer. Vensters gaan vaak niet dicht. Ontbijt is inspiratieloos. De basics moeten goed zijn en dat is het niet.

Ik ben erg tevreden met jullie service en kwaliteit van kamer. Echter deze keer 8, omdat de verwarming/airco het niet goed deed en de haardroger deed het niet. Betreft kamer 128 (m’n favoriete kamer 😉)

2e keer in dit hotel mogen slapen. Locatie is top. Kamers netjes. Enige wat achteruit was gegaan met vorige keer was het ontbijt.

Jullie personeel, of het nou balie is, restaurant, schoonmaak, keuken, maakt niet uit, redt al een hele tijd jullie huid. Keer op keer kom ik in het restaurant (wekelijks) en de halve menu kaart kan niet gekozen worden. En dat gaat nu al 3 - 4 maanden. Vanwege jullie personeel en hoe vriendelijk ze zijn blijf ik dit hotel boeken.
