We regret the inconvenience caused by our housekeeping team entering the room in the morning, as well as your comments regarding value for money and overall experience. Our official check-out time is 12:00, and we do our best to respect our guests’ privacy during the morning hours. However, housekeeping may occasionally enter rooms if service is scheduled or if there has been a misunderstanding, and we sincerely apologize for any disturbance this caused. Regarding breakfast, we would like to clarify that guests can always see during the booking process whether breakfast is included. If it is not included in the rate, it is also possible to purchase breakfast directly in the morning with our breakfast team. We would also like to kindly note that our reception team is available 24/7. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed our beautiful hotel near Schiphol, as well as the comfortable bed, spacious room, good shower, and clean accommodation 😊 Regarding the kettle, coffee machine, and mini fridge, as part of our green hotel initiative we do not provide individual facilities in the rooms. However, our coffee machine is available in the lobby 24 hours a day, and upon request our team can keep guests’ belongings in the refrigerator in our kitchen.
