Over het algemeen goed voor een nacht, was vervelend dat diegene die het ontbijt moest regelen te laat was, zou om 06.00uur klaar voor moeten zijn, moest om 6.40 de bus hebben naar het vliegveld,snel, te snel 2broodjes kunnen nemen, jammer. . .

Echt teleurstellend: op tijd aangeven (bij reserveren) dat 2 personen glutenvrij moeten ontbijten en dat je bij het ontbijt te horen krijgt dat er 1 (klein) glutenvrij broodje p.p. is. Wat een flater!!!

While we’re pleased to read that you consider our hotel convenient for a stay before an early flight, we are truly sorry and disappointed to learn about your experience with the gluten-free breakfast request. When dietary requirements are clearly communicated during the reservation process, they must be handled properly — and in your case, we did not meet that expectation. Being informed at breakfast that there was only one small gluten-free roll per person must have been extremely frustrating, especially after proactively notifying us in advance. We completely understand your disappointment. This is not the standard we want to deliver, and your feedback has been shared with our kitchen and service teams to review stock management, internal communication, and how special requests are followed up prior to arrival. We also regret that the communication around this matter and the recognition of your ALL Classic membership did not meet your expectations. As a loyal member, you deserve better acknowledgment and service consistency. Thank you for highlighting these important areas for improvement.
