Good afternoon Art, Thank you for taking the time to write a review and sorry to hear that your stay was not up to your expectations. We understand that a cold room is very unfortunate and apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We have checked the date and report of your complaints during your stay, we experienced challenges that day with a heating that was slower then usual, however was fully operating after two hours. What I understand from the situation is that my colleagues offered you a different room due to the sink and soap dispenser problem, but you declined.
