Ho soggiornato in questo albergo con la mia famiglia prenotando tre camere. Rapporto qualità prezzo positivissimo. Niente da criticare . Camere pulite, bagnio ampio e comodo, presenza di un piccolo spaccio dove acquistare ciò che può servire per un imprevisto, per esempio un ombrello o un carica batterie. Personale gentile, che ci ha permesso di entrare un' ora prima in camera e di lasciare in custodia le valigie il giorno di partenza. Il phon va ritirato alla reception. Con il tram n. 5 la cui fermata è a circa 150 metri dall'hotel , praticamente quasi sotto la struttura, arrivi tranquillamente in centro. Esperienza super positiva , quando tornerò ad Amsterdam sicuramente prenoterò nuovamente la stessa struttura.

La posizione strategica dell'hotel consente di raggiungere il centro città con facilità, e siamo felici che abbiate trovato la fermata del tram n. 5 utile per le vostre escursioni. Per quanto riguarda il servizio del phon, ci teniamo a garantire la disponibilità di questi accessori su richiesta, per assicurare che ogni ospite possa usufruirne quando necessario. For a basic hotel, not bad.Breakfast was fair. However the bathroom does not have a shelf to place toiletries on and there is no toilet brush. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. They forgot to make up our bed last evening and empty our waste basket bin.As there is no phone in the room it was too late to go to reception and complain. Duly in the morning I did explain on check out where a free coffee was offered. Quite expensive over all.

Basic maar prima. Kamer en douche waren vooral lekker schoon. Geen koffie op de kamer, dat kan een tegenvaller zijn voor de liefhebber. Er is een tramhalte op korte afstand van het hotel. Wij konden voor €12,50 parkeren. Als je voor inchecktijd komt is dat geen punt, ze hebben ruime kluisjes waar je je spullen kunt achterlaten. Vriendelijk personeel.

Beste gast, Bedankt dat u ons beoordeelde. Het is fijn om te horen dat de netheid van uw kamer en douche aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Wij streven er altijd naar om onze gasten een schone en comfortabele omgeving te bieden. Wat betreft de afwezigheid van een koffiezetapparaat op de kamer, begrijpen we dat dit voor sommigen een gemis kan zijn. Echter, gasten kunnen gebruikmaken van onze Wundermart op de begane grond voor een verscheidenheid aan drankjes en snacks. Uw complimenten over de gunstige ligging van het hotel, dichtbij een tramhalte, en de parkeermogelijkheden voor een redelijke prijs, worden zeer gewaardeerd. Ook zijn we blij dat u de kluisjes en de vriendelijkheid van ons personeel positief heeft ervaren. Wij hopen u in de toekomst weer te mogen verwelkomen. Chambre très simple sans armoire ni chaise ni table, juste 2 petits tabourets qui font office de table de chevet et une petite barre avec 6 cintres !! La salle de bain reste correcte avec toilette, une cabine de douche et une tablette pour poser ses produits. Le tous était propre simple et fonctionnel pour un très court séjour. L emplacement est top à coté de la ligne de tram 5 qui vous emmène aux musées et à centrale station au centre d Amsterdam d ou de la vous pourrez faire tous le reste !!

Good accommodation, small room but tidy. Towels were changed everyday. Breakfast very tasty, but there were not hot meals e.g. sausage, scrambled eggs.
