It was overall a nice hotel. Positive points The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very big and comfortable. It was very quiet. The shuttle bus was very convenient. It was almost always on time and had space for luggage. Negative points One staff member was unfriendly, but this may be normal behavior in the Netherlands. In summary, this is a good hotel. If you want to stay near the airport, I recommend this hotel. Thank you for a nice stay.

静かな環境にあり、部屋は十分に広く清潔にされていて、気持ち良く泊まれるホテルです。空港からのシャトルバスの本数も多く、アクセス良好です。

I arrived at the hotel on crutches, carrying several bags, and could barely move. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and supportive. They brought my luggage to my room and, when I was leaving, helped carry everything back to the taxi. At the restaurant (buffet), the staff were also exceptionally attentive: they carried my plate to the table and checked several times to see if I needed anything else. They even called a doctor for me and allowed me to keep the room longer than expected. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to all the Ibis staff, who were extremely kind and helpful in these exceptional circumstances.

早朝空港へ行くための前泊として利用しました。 交通トラブルで深夜1時過ぎの到着になりましたが、広く清潔なお部屋で温かいシャワーを浴びることができました。短い滞在でしたがぐっすり眠ることができました。 オンラインチェックイン済みで到着遅れのメール後にホテルからの返信まで確認したのに、フロントで予約がないと言われたのは少し困りました。結局キーはフロントデスクにすでに用意してあったので問題はありませんでした。 空港へのシャトルバスがでており、大変便利でした。 また出発時に廊下でリュックを背負いなおしていると清掃スタッフ(ブロンドヘアの女性でした)さんが「部屋を探している？案内しますよ」と声をかけてくださいました。とても親切で素敵な笑顔が嬉しかったです。
