Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Ich habe noch nie in einem so ruhigen Hotel übernachtet. Frühstück war lecker. Check-in war etwas chaotisch, trotz Vorab-Check-in, aber in Ordnung. Die Bar macht gute Drinks. Leider war diese aber an unserem zweiten Abend bereits geschlossen, als wir noch einen Absacker nehmen wollten. Die Lage ist sehr ausserhalb. Gute Verbindung mit dem Shuttle zum und vom Flughafen, aber in die Stadt ist ein Taxi ein muss.

Schönes Zimmer, Service ist ausbaufähig , gerade wenn Reisegruppen übernachten. Frühstücksbüffee wurde sehr langsam nachgefüllt und ist damit optimierbar. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Wir wurden über die Maßen zuvorkommend empfangen. Das junge internationale Team hat die z. T. Unerfahrenheit durch Freundlichkeit wett gemacht. Tips: Beleuchtung Frühstück verbessern? In anderen Ibis Hotels gibt es zumindest Trockenkräuter und Sonnenblumenkerne - Beide Kaffeemaschinen sind ausgefallen und der junge Spanier an der Bar ist mit den Kaffees nicht hinterhergekommen, da eine Gruppe Amerikaner im Haus waren - für solche Fälle eine manuelle Filter-Kaffeemaschine bereithalten. Alles andere war grandios. Tolles Team - tolle Diamond Acknowledgements ( Parken, Upgrade und Give away). Sehr gute Kenntnis für die Punkteabrechnung.Großes Lob und vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Gute und nahe Lage zum Airport Schiphol. Schöne Zimmer, das Restaurant hat uns jedoch sowohl von der Atmosphäre als auch vom Essen nicht gefallen. Leider hat man unsere Reservierung beim Check in lange nicht finden können, später dann doch zum falschen Preis, des extrem über dem gebuchten lag. Auch das gebuchte Frühstück war nicht im System. Das darf nicht passieren.
