Ridiculous extra charge for additional coffee pods

You get 2 coffee pods per day for the coffee maker and one cup? Any additional coffee pods that you request are charged to your room account. ($1 USD per pod)This is extreme penny pinching by novotel. Surely a large company such as Novotel can afford to provide at least two or three pods per person without additional charge.

Place is in a Great Location, full of good restaurants, very close, room is clean, quiet and confortable. The hotel is frwat, but the best in staff! Very helpfull, supportive and kind, specially Ms Ximena, who was so kind and gentle.

The entire experience at the hotel was amazing! Very clean room and social areas, incredible service from Marcela and Mayerli at the buffet area, food was also really good and fresh.

Very over rated , except for location a basic 3 star

I was impressed by the reviews when I selected this Hotel. Unfortunately, it is the worst Accor property I've ever stayed in. Location great, reception was fine and room clean . However , I immediately realized the safe didn't work. I tried to call reception, no answer. But the chat app worked , and they sent someone up quickly, which was great. They couldn't fix it, even left and came back to replace the battery. Finally decided an engineer would come the next day ( already after 11pm) no problem.....but they never showed up. The breakfast everyone raved about was picked over by 9am, and not replaced. Limited and average at best IF the food was there. 1 out of 5 rating Returned from a day of touring . Garbage hadn't been emptied, coffee and water wasn't replaced nor were the towels. Called reception a couple times ....still no answer . However App eventually answered and towels and water arrived. Went down at 5:30 to use welcome drink coupon....told bar doesn't open until 6. No problem, head up to the restaurant.....stand at the bar , 2 staff talking.....not sure if the restaurant is open as NO acknowledgement or service. Went back down to reception to ask when restaurant opens ....told it was.....I suggested perhaps they tell the staff it was open. Went back up ,eventually a lovely young man waited on me, gave me about a half glass of wine for the welcome drink LOL. Paid for an appetizer and another ....at my request proper glass of wine. Did I say the location was great! Lots of decent restaurants, neighborhoods to walk to. Unfortunately the property certainly did not live up to the ratings/reviews.

Every time I stay at this hotel I feel right at home. Karol, Laura, Luna and Kevin are always so kind, attentive and welcoming, they truly make the difference! Their warm service makes each visit special and makes me want to come back again and again. The place is cozy, clean and comfortable, but what I love the most is the way they treat you, always with a smile and genuine care. Highly recommend!
