We appreciate your honest feedback, which helps us to highlight our successes and address the areas where we clearly fell short of your expectations. We are pleased you enjoyed the great location—opposite the mall, near the metro, and yet on a quiet street. We also appreciate your comments on the newly renovated, modernistic design of the hotel and the variety of TV channels. We take your constructive comments very seriously, as they reflect service issues that are not up to our standard: 1. Room Service and Cleaning: We sincerely apologize that your trash bin was not emptied two days in a row and that your decaf coffee capsules were not replenished. This is a direct failure in our housekeeping protocol, and we are addressing this immediately with the team to ensure consistent, thorough service. 2. Laundry/Drying: We understand your frustration regarding the lack of a designated area to hang wet clothes. We will explore practical solutions to address this common need for our guests. 3. Gym: Thank you for noting the size of the gym. We are continually evaluating our facilities to maximize their efficiency. We also deeply regret the confusion regarding the 19% tax (IVA). To be eligible for the tax exemption in Chile, foreign guests must pay with a foreign credit card. We apologize if this process was not clearly communicated at check-in, leading to you feeling "out of pocket." We understand your disappointment that the experience did not meet the expectations you typically have for an Accor luxury brand. We truly value your loyalty and are committed to earning your full satisfaction. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide the flawless experience you deserve.
