Novotel Santiago is a very nice hotel in Providencia. Its vicinity to metro station Tobalaba makes it ideal to explore Santiago. The hotel offers a small pool and spa area, fitness room, and has a good restaurant and bar. Breakfast is very good, and the hotel offers great evening events from time to time. All the hotel staff is super friendly, especially Margot from housekeeping, Camila, Fernanda, Cristina and Ale at the reception, Vania and Patricia from the events team, and Camila, Oskar, Esteban together with the whole bar team! I always enjoy staying here and it will definitely not have been the last time!

It was a good stay, it is a typical Novotel. The rooms are a bit used, the door seemed a bit flimsy. The pool is not worth it, also when we arrived they said: it was closed for maintenance. Really? The gym is not bad, just warm like all indoor gyms. Breakfast is ok, they are just slow with filling up things. The location is central, staff is friendly. Room service food was not that great but it did the trick the day we arrived. It was cheap.

아코르 골드맴버로 예약시 레이트체크아웃을 물어봤었다. 그들은 답이 없었고, 나는 당연히 레이트체크아웃이 되는걸로 이해했다. 하지만 그들은 나에게 어떠한 서비스도 주지 못했다(심지어 룸업그레이드도 안시켜줬다) 돈이 아까웠다. 어플에서 정가로 예약했는데 그들의 서비스는 너무나도 별로였다.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Providencia. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special appreciation to Mercy, the head of housekeeping, for being incredibly approachable and kind thoughout my stay. Her warmth and professionalism truly made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
