It is also a pleasure to know that you found our breakfast buffet to be delicious with a great variety of options. We are particularly glad you appreciated our sustainability efforts, such as providing water stations instead of plastic bottles, to ensure our guests stay hydrated in an eco-friendly way. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconveniences you experienced: Renovation Noise: We deeply regret that the early morning construction noise disturbed your rest. While we are working to enhance our facilities, we understand that the timing was not ideal, and we are reviewing our schedules to minimize the impact on our guests' comfort. Housekeeping: We have noted your comment regarding the towels not being replaced.
