Dear Michael C, Thank you so much for sharing your experience at Pullman El Bosque. We are delighted to hear that you found our customer service excellent across our concierge, breakfast buffet, cleaners, and bellhop teams. It's also great to know that you appreciated our convenient location with easy access to the metro, MUT, and Costanera Tower. We sincerely regret to hear that the swimming pool was a disappointment due to being unheated and essentially unusable. We understand how this could impact your stay, especially as the weather in Las Condes can sometimes be cooler. We appreciate this valuable feedback and will certainly take it into consideration as we look for ways to improve our guest experience. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Pullman El Bosque in the future and providing you with an even more enjoyable stay.

We are thrilled to hear that you found our hotel beautiful and our staff extremely friendly. We are delighted that you enjoyed your spacious room and the bathroom with its nice shower and tub. It's also great to know that you appreciated our included breakfast and the option to request custom-made items. We are proud of our hotel's fantastic location, with the convenience of a large shopping and eating mall directly across the street and another shopping mall just down the street.
