A 4 star hotel that does not even provide a bottle of water in the room any more!

While I appreciate your loyalty - I assure the customer service is our number priority, and we thrive for. In regards to the water, we do have the complimentary filter in the ground level of the hotel with hot / cold water - as part of the Environemtal sustainability Governance, we are completely eliminating single use plastics and water bottle is one of them.
