The receptionist on the 16-13-25 had no people skills, We booked into the room, in there for 10min, did not like, when back to reception and requested a refund, that person eventually gave a receipt saying this was the refund, It was not, he was a scammer, a very unwelcoming person, I have gone to my bank to dispute. Never, never again will I stay at any Accor hotels and/or any name branded to them (ie ibis), the worst premises I have ever stayed at! I have travelled all around the world at all types of accommodation, backpacking to 5 star in over 40 years, o will never go back. Accor get your act together, you are damaging Australia.

As per other Ibis Budget, these are basic accommodation with basic amenities. Not too far away from the airport, its a good option if you have an early flight. Bed was comfortable. Parking space was massive and thats why we always just use Ibis nowadays. So far so good and its cheap as compared to other hotels near the airport. We will stay again.

Avoid IBIS.

Booked this for the 8th and the calendar auto corrected to the next available date 11th. So ended up booking the wrong date. The gent at the hotel said I can cancel the room but because it was per paid I wouldn't receive a refund. It's now 01-30 in the morning & I have no hotel to stay in.

Great Staff, very friendly, rooms clean, cleaners always accomodating if running a tad late, works great for me as out most of the day at clients and able to work online when back early.

The motel is situated right next to the busy Sydney Road and the Western Metropolitan Ring Road arterial, with a train line directly behind the property, making it a bustling intersection 24/7. The room is tiny, with very thin walls and a built-in fiberglass bathroom/toilet that smells and feels like it hasn't been cleaned properly. The water pressure in the shower is so weak that even the toilet flush is stronger. Dust is prevalent throughout the room, even on the most obvious surfaces like the tiny bedside table. The clunky 1970s/1980s-era air conditioning unit is so noisy that you’ll need to turn it off in the middle of the night. The smell and the dusty filter make you question its usability. There is one tiniest kitchen downstairs, but it is constantly occupied, l’ve never seen it vacant the entire time I stayed there so don’t count on using it. Buying takeaway from the McDonald's opposite the property even seems like a better option. Breakfast costs $10 per person, but I suggest driving to the nearby Campbellfield Plaza for more varieties. As an Accor Silver Plus member, don’t expect a welcome drink here, as one of the Accor benefits. It simply doesn't exist at this motel. I booked the room directly via Accor.com, but don’t be fooled by the net price quoted on their website, even with "taxes and fees" included. Upon checkout, if you don’t request a printed invoice, you may later find an additional charge for what they claim are credit card fees. I have never experienced this at other Accor properties after taxes and fees were included. All in all, I should have paid $20 more to stay at a better place.
