We stayed here with a group of people for a wedding. Staff are very nice and the rooms very clean. On the day of the wedding, most of us had left for the ceremony. One guest (who was confined to a wheelchair) arrived late. She was very flustered and we had to calm her down. Once she had calmed down she told us that her daughter had booked a taxi and she and her sister were waiting for the taxi that then cancelled on them. She didn't think she was going to make it to the wedding. The Manager saw them outside and offered to drive them to the wedding herself. In the end another lady drove them which meant that they made it before the bride. You don't experience this kind of service often and they really went out of their way to help our friend.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was clean, well set out and quiet. The accommodation was situated in close proximity to shops and restaurants - my stay was peaceful and just what I needed. I cannot fault the Sebel.

A great place to stay if you don’t want or need to be in the Melbourne CBD. A few minutes walk to the train and plenty of dining and shopping option very close. Consistently great service from Belinda and her team.

My partner stays here regularly for work and from time to time I join him. There's a great restaurant with a fantastic bar. There's also plenty of other places to enjoy that you can walk to. If you don't feel like going out Coles is across the road and you can cook in the room as there's a full kitchen. The staff are super helpful and always say hi when you walk by.

Stayed for two one week stints. Was warmly welcomed by the staff on each occasion with a welcome note. Had a one bedroom apartment. Lounge was a nice comfortable size. Bed was comfortable. Belinda and staff were excellent. Only issue is that as the hotel shares the underground car park with other buildings, there is no access via card and you have to call reception. Aside from that the location was excellent- close to public transport, the city and plenty of food options
