The a la carte dinner was a bad experience. The food ( steamed vegetables) was not freshly cooked at all and was little smelly, in fact the food was served so quickly that we think the veggie was cooked before, then just warmed up by microwave. Moreover we ordered a glass of watermelon juice ( which was not really fresh as well), even the slide of watermelon for decor tasted terribly sour. Our family members got stomachache that night. Regarding the staff, some of them were nice. But some of them were unpleasant. For example, the staff in the rooftop pool show no interest in meeting guests, they didn’t even smile or say hi to the guest, just gathered together chatting. This is currently the worst service I’ve experienced among Accor hotels. I won’t come back.

this is the best place on the island and it is so beautiful and comfortable and incredibly posh. It is worse the expense for sure. The rooms are very comfortable and pretty, with high end bathroom and super comfy beds and pillows. The view from the balcony- can't get used to is- it is stunning. The breakfast was great. They have private beach, short hike along the ocean, beautiful roof top pool with sound with amazing views all around. Truly lovely and very special property. Highly recommend

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights during April 2024. The location is just far enough from town for privacy but close enough to walk or bike. Incredible beach next door. The stuff is amazing and the food is delicious. The rooms are large, clean, and beautiful. Massage therapists at the highest level and the igloo style massage rooms on the roof level are to die for. There are several swimming pools (including a roof top) and food is served near each of them.
