I enjoyed my stay at this peaceful hotel. The room very comfy and neat, and I had a good rest. The food served for breakfast also very good, with variety of choices. Good job to the friendly hotel team. This is my 1st time staying, wont be my last. Thank you.

During my stay at Novotel Karawang, I had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel offers a modern and comfortable atmosphere, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Room & Comfort The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed with a cozy bed and modern amenities. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep. However, I did notice a slight odor in the bathroom, which could be improved. Facilities & Services Novotel Karawang has excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and spa, which added to the relaxing experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with any requests. The hotel also provides ample parking space, which is convenient for guests traveling by car. Food & Dining Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and varied, offering a mix of Indonesian and international dishes. The restaurant service was good, but during peak hours, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, leading to slightly slower service. Location & Accessibility The hotel is strategically located near the toll exit, making it easy to access from Jakarta. It’s also close to shopping centers and restaurants, which is a plus for guests looking to explore the area.

For the service is good, the view is good, but for television facilities it is better to upgrade to a smart TV. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, both the staff in the restaurant. Thank you.

Stopped by at Novotel karawang before continue our journey to Lembang. Service unexpectedly great! Special mention to Mey from GRO team to prepare our room and special occasion decoration creatively! Also got vip parking in front of lobby. As a platinum member we got upgraded to deluxe room. Unfortunately they didnt provide any free mini bar service neither lounge here. And only 2 mineral water provided (15k for additional bottle) Breakfast selection was okay. The flavor was pretty good, especially their nasi liwet combo and their coffee + fresh juice (i think this is another benefit from platinum membership) Service at the Restaurant also good and attentive. Overall we will be back if we need stopover at karawang next time. Thank you novotel karawang for such a great service!

Such a great staff and services. Good location near from west karawang toll gate Now with more unique breakfast menu Near to Grand outlet and karawang industrial area So in a same time we can have business trip together with some shopping experience together
