Such a great experience stay at Mercure 10 of 10! Good food, nice view facing to the city and the room is very clean. I will comeback with family later in the weekend, all the staff is humble and very fast response. Especially ms vanny from lobby area, thank you mercure karawang

Nice and simple stay, with accor standard hospitality. The view was great and in the middle of the city central. Only need improvement for the water heater (which is need to be hotter) and lighting on fitness room are need to be brighter. Thank you.

Nice place around district area in karawang. The facilities are so so, for the room sometimes got not really nice facilities like the bed, the shower. But overall is quite nice… we also once visited during ramadhan so the breakfast menu is not as much as not during ramadhan

I would like to thank Ms Dita (Sales Manager) of Mercure Karawang. She assited me even before my stay in Mercure Karawang. She organized my request very well, My plan to surprise my beloved parents anniversary and my sister’s birthday was successfuly made. I want to thank Mr. Adit who provide the best VIP service at the Kunoichi Restaurant by Mercure Karawang. Good food good vibe. Most friendly staffs. Amazing city view and clean rooms. I am surely will come and stay again in Mercure Karawang. Alhamdulillah, Thank you very much.

Should try food at Kunoichi restaurent

I went to Mercure Karawang, ARA service staff very well for service, very nice support and also Japanese food in this Kunoichi restaurant very delicious (Tamago yaki, Salad and Tofu) very nice then we can say it’s very nice place with nice condition of facility.
