I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—it was great, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, tidy, and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. What truly stood out was the excellent service provided by the staff. A friendly staff member named Ela was especially helpful throughout my entire stay. She was warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. Her professionalism and kindness made my experience even more pleasant. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

So far its fun staying at mercure, we choose this hotel since my mom had to attend a graduation master ceremony. Staying at here was so comfortable and fun. thanks rania

Good but busy location (but JKT is too busy in general). Breakfast very busy, and theres really nothoing nearby within walking distance = shops or bars etc..however the staff are 5 star and breakfast is good. I upgraded to a executive room by Regi (he is No 1) and great room on 28th floor with senstaional views but still get some road noise and for some reason you get a weird window expansion and contraction crackling noise? But value for money and staff friendliness = No 1 William H from Australia

Strategic location & standout gym — please elevate Accor member touches

Stayed 8–13 December 2025 at Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto—my first time at this property as an Accor ALL member. Although there was no room upgrade due to high occupancy, the team acknowledged my membership with a complimentary mini-bar and vouchers, which I appreciated. Special thanks to Dian Permana at the Front Desk, who patiently walked me through the hotel’s facilities and set a warm, professional tone—great hospitality. What I liked • Gym: Spacious, well laid out, and well-equipped with a wide range of machines and free weights. The city views from the fitness center are a real bonus. • Location: Very strategic for getting around Jakarta. Suggestion for improvement Compared with my previous Jakarta stay at Mercure Cikini, where the team pre-reserved tables for Accor members by room number, Gatot Subroto doesn’t offer table reservations. Both restaurants can get crowded, so a simple reservation system (or priority seating window) for ALL members would noticeably upgrade the loyalty experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I’ll return for the location, service, and gym. I hope on my next visit to see enhanced Accor member recognition—that would make an already good stay even better.
