I’ve been staying at Novotel Karawang since July 2024 for business. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a nice atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Ainun — she always gives excellent service and makes me feel welcome. Great place to stay for business trips. Highly recommended!

always a pleasant to stay at Novotel Karawang, the breakfast is great, love the cleanliness in each corner of the room one point i want to emphasize is the outstanding hospitality from Ainun at the front desk and also at the breakfast time, she really go beyond and know exactly what i need, plus her attention to detail is really awesome
