No temperature control in the rooms

This hotel is good for a nights stay. Furniture comfortable, very good breakfast buffet, underground car park is est access and good for large véhicules. Really a downside though that the temperature nor ventilation, is working in the rooms. When the reception was informed I was told « in the night it is cold so we turned it off »! I will not comment further this improbable reply.

Dear Claire, thank you for taking the time to send us feedback. Hotels are walking a tightrope between guest comfort and environmental protection, and we don't always get it right. We did not handle your request well, please accept my apologies! We can do better than that! I am glad however, that you enjoyed the breakfast buffet and liked our underground parking area. Great hotel and breakfast

Stayed a few nights here. The hotel is modern and has nice rooms with air conditioning. Location is walkable into city center. Great breakfast selection and bar on site. Bartender was helpful and gave us a good recommendation for dinner in the area. One of the nicer places on our 2 week trip.

Stayed there for a couple of nights. Big lobby/restaurant next to the reception. Staff at the reception were a bit chaotic and had some discussions and there was a bit of a waiting time. Room was very nice and spacious, although a bit dark, even with all the lights on. The WiFi signal didn't reached the end of the halls so that no internet in the room. Staff was very friendly, though, checked and then managed to find another available room where the WiFi signal was able to come through. Location is a bit outside of the city but in somewhat close proximity to the "Messe" with a grocery store nearby.

Quite new hotel. Clean and stylish. As a vegan, sometimes breakfasts are pretty bad ones. Special thanks to the lady from breakfast staff for preparing me some delicious veggies so that the breakfast became awesome. Big Thanks!!! Rooms are tidy and there is enough space. City center is 15min walk away.

Good communication, clean and organised. Tip: do ask precisely what room you are getting, as they have a lot of variation! Overall, perfect and easily accessible 👍🏻 My group used his as a sleeping spot to rest for our travel to Croatia. During our stay the desk worker recommended to visit the city center of Wels, as there was an Italian food festival! Nice area!
