This Hotel Needs Immediate Closure and Renovation

This hotel should be closed for several months and fully renovated. The furniture resembles a cheap hostel, not a hotel. The walls are in terrible condition, (mold) creating an atmosphere where one simply cannot feel comfortable at all. On top of that, there is no proper heating, 🫠🫠only a small portable heater, which is shocking for a hotel at this price level 😅😅 For the price charged, this is simply unacceptable. This property is not worth more than €20 per night and even that is too much..

This hotel is very clean and the staff and friendly and helpful. It’s easily accessible by the tram and the airport is only 15 minutes by car. The only slight let down is that the restaurant is closed on a Saturday and Sunday. There is very little close by so if staying for the weekend you will have to take the tram into the city for food over the weekend.

Stay at your own disappointment!

We stayed for 1 nite in the Style Suite - The most laid back suite in town. Is not laid back at all, as we have to go down back and forth to complain, there's no telephone in the room What a Disappointment! False Advertisement! No air conditioning system, I have air conditioning at home, and I know if there's air conditioning open or not, and such a disgrace from the Management/ Manager of the hotel, lied about the air conditioning system. In this hot summer weather, we are paying for the air conditioning...which has NOT been provided at all ! There was no hand soap in the sink, no shower gel in the shower area, towels have holes on it, mould in the room- not habitable. My asthma exacerbated, they charged an expensive €176.90 per nite, but the room is not worth the price at all. There's coffee machine, but no coffee pods and milk provided, TV is not working in the living room, The building is old refurbished and tatty. Very poor Management and will prepared to lie. We took some photos dated and time, so even if the Manager will lie, the photos and videos are the evidenced. I will not recommend this shabby hotel. We use our own purchased shampoo, shower gel and hand gel as shown in the photos. Black mould in the room - such a disgrace, very low quality standard.

This was possibly the worst hotel I've stayed (note choice of words, not slept - as I got none!). Accor members no longer have any choice in Linz since they closed the Ibis opposite the Hbf, though I will stay elsewhere in future. On check-in I was told I had been allocated a "My Room" - supposedly premium - as it had a coffee machine. It did, but no milk, sugar, stirrers etc. The air conditionng was impossible to switch on (it had a series of "programmes" - and I'm an IT professinal and didn't understand) - you only need on/off. temperature and maybe fan speed - nothing confusing! The stool by the table was rock hard so i had to sit on the bed. Room spec says "can be fully darkened" - defintely not, light was coming through even when it was dark outside. And the bar & restauant were both closed - with none of the guests I spoke to having been told. All in all an awful stay, I will certainly advising all my business colleagues not to stay there.

Absolutely unbelievable, 43 minutes to check in, one person at check in, so slow. Solution- you can check in online and they email your room key to to your phone ( I seen it too late ), so at least there is a solution Food is cheap but tasteless, no seasoning but it is what it is, huge snitzel with fries and a Coke Zero, 20€! Book direct, I paid 102€ on hotels.com and it was 79€ at hotel, again my mistake, always learning Girl at check out was very nice Parking is great especially for vans Hotel is clean, shower is good, room is good It’s a budget experience Close to motorway I’d stay again
