The check in experience was very easy, parking was full but we were able to find street parking. Our room was excellent, we were very pleased with the amenities and comfort of the room. We did have some difficulties connecting to the tv to cast, but apart from that we had no issues. We appreciated the still and sparkling water available at the bar throughout our stay

We had a great stay at Mantra Albury. From the moment we arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly especially with our 2 year old son. This was a theme that continued throughout our stay with all staff members that we engaged with. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay, the kids playroom they have set up in the hotel was fantastic, it was great to be able to get out of our room but still remain in the hotel and have a nice safe place for him to play. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, it had everything we needed to fill up for the day. The only negative I would say was not being able to get food at the hotel on a Saturday night through the restaurant or room service, most guests probably do want to go out for dinner on a Saturday Night but having just travelled from Sydney that day we were just looking to eat in the hotel before retreating to our room. There are however plenty of food options within walking distance so we were able to find an alternative with ease. All in all it was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Upon arriving at the Mantra, the foyer was welcoming and check-in nice and straight forward. The staff member at reception was welcoming and explained everything clearly. Car parking was limited to we were glad we had booked it in advance. The Mantra was extremely clean and well maintain and upon walking into our room we were very impressed with the size along with the view. The fridge was smaller than most places we have stayed so limited the size bottles you could use. Bathroom was great and the room itself well kept. We found the bed to be a little to firm for our liking. Upon waking up we had breakfast in the restaurant which was good and the staff very accommodating. The only issue we had was that we had ordered poached eggs and given it a reasonable time before we thought they may be done, though took a lot longer than it should have as the restaurant was that busy at that time. By the time it did arrive the rest of our food had gone cold. Overall though it was a good spot to stay and the issues can be things that they can rectify over time.

A nice stay at the Mantra for a quick weekend visit to Albury. It is a fairly modern hotel with reasonably spacious rooms and good facilities. The restaurant was pub style food and enjoyable for dinner (but only open weekdays) and a small buffet for breakfast.

Une halte imprévue à Albury pour un 31 Décembre infernal. Le contournement des feux nous ont amenés dans cette ville agréable et cet hôtel confortable et en plein centre. La chambre était très spacieuse et moderne avec une très belle salle de bains et une belle vue. Le personnel est très accueillant et très serviable. Excellent rapport qualité /prix
