We had a 3 bedroom apartment. So spacious and great views. Really surprises with how nice it was. Only issue is parking you are not guaranteed a space and it can be hard to get a place. Be mindful of this.

Upon checking in late, I was assigned a room that was both filthy and infested with cockroaches. Although the receptionist on duty was fantastic, moved us to another room and was very apologetic, the experience the following morning was quite the opposite. When I attempted to return the keys for the first room and mentioned that I had not received the pool towel tokens listed in my paperwork, the receptionist was extremely disrespectful. She called me a liar and refused to provide towels until another guest waiting in line intervened to address her behaviour. Even then, in a huff she only provided 2 towels for our party of 4. I appreciate the effort made to move us to a better room, but the lack of basic cleanliness initially and the treatment I received the next morning were very disappointing. I was charged a $300 bond, which I was expecting and happy to pay, however its been 21 days since I checked out and the bond still has not been released.

We stayed on the 27th level in tower 3. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom oceanview Prior to our stay I read the reviews so I was expecting the worst! I did email the property and request a high floor and renovated room! The room was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. My only complaint was the bed was hard as a rock, although my husband loved it, the single beds are small in the 2nd bedroom but the kids didn't complain. A few carpet marks but nothing to worry about! No issues with slippery steps but I did hold onto the rail! Overall an amazing stay! Have stayed at many mantra properties and happy with this stay also 😊

Location was great above the shopping center with Cole's supermarket downstairs also a medical centre which came in handy..The indoor pool steps are very slippery as I found out and ended up with a few injuries..The dishwasher in our room was not cleaned out properly before we got there so it had a bit of a bad smell.. Reasonable place to stay..

Every visit to this hotel is horrible. Every single visit.

I am forced to stay here for work every October since 2021 and as consistently bad as they are, they find new ways to ruin every trip to Surfers Paradise. I travel every third week so I have stayed in a LOT of hotels all over Australia, New Zealand and the UK. They take $300 deposit - last time a deposit was required anywhere else was over five years ago. One year they accused me of not returning the keys and were refusing to return my deposit. Another year, I was accused of the marks on the walls that existed prior to my arrival. Expect a 15-20min wait for an elevator to work - same every year. Say good bye to any luggage left at Concierge. No tags or tickets. “Can I get a delivery sent here?” “No we don’t allow that.” “I’d like to check in please. Here’s my reservation number from the travel agent.” “Sorry but your name is not in our system so we cannot check you in.” “Can I get some pool towels please?” “Yes but there’s a limit.”
