Superb location. Superb rooms . We take 2 bhk apartment and it’s on 32 floor and superb view of surfer paradise . Closes to best shopping and entertainment zone . We enjoy a lot . I have my best view in this hotel .Keep it up . Although in our stay there is fire in lift so we are block in room for 2 days . We can’t go out . But hotel provide all support they could give us and have proper announcements that what is happening. They even refund our 1 day apartment rent . Best place to stay in Gold Coast

I had a two bedroom apartment overlooking the ocean. Everything was perfect. The view was majestic. The sunrises were amazing. The apartment was stunning every room had a balcony overlooking the beach. Had buffet breakfast a couple of times at the hotel was really delicious. You are right in the heart of Surfers so everything including lots of restaurants and activities are right at the front of the building. Both inside and outside pools and spas were really good. I loved the secret garden which overlooked Cavill mall. The cleaning staff were lovely and replenished towels coffee daily. The lifts were really fast and I never had to wait kind. I most definitely recommend this place.

People spend a small fortune to stay in hotels night staff need to learn to look after people.

Valet staff were next level amazing. Front of house was ok. Night staff were absolutely terrible because of them we don’t want to return. We lost status points as we were hoping to extend our stay. It is also not a good look for a hotel that is apart of the Accor All membership scheme. We were planning on staying longer until we had the terrible experience. We are now at the darling treated beautifully and on first name bases.

While no doubt the location is great, as a Gold Accor member we were a little disappointed by our experience. We got the room we paid for, with no obvious upgrade, and a room with a number of issues. Broken wheels on the dishwasher, a/c controls very temperamental, maintenance people hanging outside the windows, a tv that was installed in the middle of the stay. No turn down service, no service when requested as we were going to be out for a couple of hours. None of the issues in of themselves were a problem - but combined together over a 7 night stay, and compared to what we typically experience at these properties, it was just a bit disappointing. (Separately the indoor hot tub was awful - with green slime in the foam - needed a thorough clean).

We've stayed here a few times and it is really hard to fault the 3 bedroom apartment that we stay in. We love the spacious living and having balconies with views at the front and back of the building. We used the indoor pools due to the weather and enjoyed it, as well as the spa. The service at the front reception is professional more than friendly and the location is hard to beat. We will definitely be back.
