Good good but still slightly lacking Arrived on Friday afternoon to no one in the driveway had to get the suitcase out and up to the room myself . Check in was ok , had a gentleman checking me in and he told me he would check if the mini bar is included in the room and yes he said it was. What a score . Was asked very loudly if I was going to be staying alone which I thought was strange . Could’ve just asked me if I wanted two room keys instead of one . I stayed in the Bentham suite and on opening the door to this suite I thought it was so beautiful . There was a desk , a 4 top table a couch and lounge chair , a double sided fireplace a balcony a huge bed a huge bathtub and open bathroom . While they advertise a balcony it’s got to be the smallest balcony known to man . See photo The mini bar had a couple of cokes lemonade some fine wine , beers and chips , pods and a Kit Kat . Didn’t sleep well the first night as was woken up by the stream of light coming across the windows from not having black out blinds . I told reception in the morning and they said someone will go have a look. Came back to the room at 630 pm to find the mini bar not restocked and on calling down was told I don’t have mini bar privileges like I was told I did . Thought I’d have a nice luxurious bath that night and it took so long to fill the bathtub . I timed it on night 3 and found it took 45 minutes to fill as the water power was crap. Check out was fine they were great to comp me the mini bar from the first night I didn’t eat at the restaurant but got room service dessert and that was good. If you want good pizza go to San Giorgio’s their pizza was fantastic . It was a good stay bed was comfy toiletries were great and the shower amazing They lose points for the bathtub time waited for filling and help with the luggage . Would I stay again ? I’m not sure but the suite is beautiful

From the moment we arrived the staff here were great! They helped us sort car parking just across the street, at a good rate , allowing us to come and go as we pleased. There are lots of car parks around but some car parks charge you each time you leave, so beware. We had a lovely large room with a king sized bed, beautiful tiled bathroom with huge walk-in shower, at the rear of the hotel. Not a great view, but quiet, as we requested.The pool and the hot tub were lovely to use at the end of a busy day The hotel gives you a $10 voucher for any day you don’t get your room serviced, to use in the bistro, bar or restaurant! The food overall was very good. For breakfast there’ a good choice and the freshly made-to-order omelettes are a bonus. The hotel is well located and not far from The Central Market which is a “must visit” spot with such a variety of shops and foods to tempt you with.

A lovely hotel. Didn’t expect to have the bath in the bedroom (be careful when booking incase you need a private bathroom). Outside noise was a little bit of an issue, however that can’t be controlled by the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Would stay again!

It was a nice stay after trying couple of other hotels in my last few trips to Adelaide. The rooms are big and clean, breakfast spread was quite food and staff is friendly

Stayed here for work and had breakfast at their on-site Italian restaurant. Staff is very friendly and food was great. Good breakfast spread as well
