The toilet broken, the carpet smelly, I can’t hear the noise sound from other’s room, the lift creepy enough, but the location was perfect…easy to found food, shop, bar, restaurant, and just need a couple minutes to go to the surfers paradise beach

Worst customer service experience ever! Uninterested staff did not act on noise complaint regarding neighbouring room at 3am that we had been listening to all night. Checked out on day 2 of an 8 night stay to a room that will not tolerate noise after 10am, as it should be. The comfort of all guests at Mantra Legends is not priority . Ruined our holiday trying to recover from lack of sleep. Now wait for the patronizing response from management!

Booking experience was good, check in efficient and room had a great view. The location was close to shops, cafe’s an restaurants with easy access to public transport when required. There is a good size foyer area with plenty of chairs for casual gatherings. We did use the spa despite the particularly cool morning. This was our second family holiday at Mantra Legends and just as enjoyable as the first.

Paid in advance online nearly $1000 for a room for a business conference. 100 people or so attended and many stayed at the hotel. Arrive to check in and they refused my stay because I didn’t have a credit card or ID. Room is paid for already, show them a photo of my ID still told it’s not enough. Speak to the manger, have to call a phone operator and assign someone else’s name to the booking all so I can stay in the room I’ve already paid for. Why am I jumping through all these hoops? You already had my money. Never again.

Lovely hotel in great location. Easy walk to main mall/restaurants and beach. Very pretty pool area. Friendly, professional staff. Conference facilities very nice. My only gripe is that $200 downpayment was required on checkin - stayed in many very nice hotels around the world and never had to do this before. Bar closes early but food excellent when available. Would definitely recommend, especially for family or conferences. Great deal with All Accor for multiple day stay.
